These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the weibd platform and all services under it. weibd is an online gaming platform built for Bangladeshi players, offering a variety of entertainment games including slot games, live casino, sports betting, and crash games.

weibd accepts only Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through major Bangladeshi banks.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Deposited funds must be your own and must come from a legitimate source.
• Depositing from a third-party bank or mobile banking account is strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, contact the support team — weibd will investigate any unexpected duplicate charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
• A withdrawal request may be submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, but doing so may result in forfeiture of the bonus — see Section 5 for details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example:

• ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer is applicable once per account.
• Winnings earned with bonus funds are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• weibd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account may be closed.

6.1 Fair Play

• Any form of cheating, use of bots, or gaining an unfair advantage through software is prohibited.
• Winnings resulting from exploitation of technical errors will not be considered valid, and weibd reserves the right to cancel them.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game result, you must follow the designated dispute resolution process.

6.2 VIP Program

weibd has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level comes with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP levels are upgraded through consistent and active play. The specific benefits of each level are communicated separately.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on weibd. Violating these rules may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating games using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Bonus abuse — deliberately exploiting bonus terms.
• Making fraudulent payments or chargeback claims.
• Harassing other users or engaging in disrespectful behavior.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

weibd is an entertainment gaming platform. weibd accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a game result is affected by an issue with the user's device.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment provider.
• If the user's password or account information is compromised.
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or network infrastructure issues.
